Yes! We welcome cats and dogs! A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per apartment.<\/p>\n

We have a max weight limit of 55 pounds per pet. (Hopefully your cat doesn’t weigh 55lbs!)<\/p>\n

Are there any fees?<\/h2>\n

Yes. There is a one-time fee of $250 due at move-in and a $40 monthly pet rent.<\/p>\n
